Dr. Laux was professional, caring, & provided excellent care for my 16 year old cat, Belle. She had a complicated medical journey & Dr. Laux & the entire staff were always so kind & ensured Belle received the best care, fitting her in with very short notice. I appreciated her guidance & honesty when Belle’s health took a turn & difficult decisions were made. She was very honest about costs & never pushed unnecessary tests.
