The technician from Bottini diagnosed the problem quickly. I’m no expert, but he sounded very confident and knowledgeable about our system operation and components. Likewise, the repair went smoothly. Several parts needed replacement and luckily most were covered in our Bottini service plan. Our hot water is functioning better than ever.
