1242A NY-52, Carmel Hamlet“I highly recommend Sophia Rosenbloom with Instinct Dog Training for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dog trainer. I can't express how grateful I am for her expertise and dedication. Sophia has a very calm, confident presence and she took the time to understand my dog's unique personality and the need to help build her confidence.
The training sessions are well-structured and engaging, incorporating positive techniques, games and basic commands that emphasize building a strong bond between me and my pet, making the learning process enjoyable for both of us.
What stood out the most was Sophia’s patience and ability to adapt the training techniques based on my dog's progress. She provided us with valuable tips and resources to reinforce the training sessions, follow up notes and accessibility to ask questions between training sessions.
I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Sophia has been wonderful - professional, patient, punctual and so much fun to work with.“

300 Baldwin Place Rd, Mahopac“This was our first time boarding Chevy at Wiggles- we chose the Superdog package. We received pictures and an update every other day - even got a phone call when Chevy was Stung by a bee-(he’s ok!)
My husband and I both felt so comfortable leaving him there and would definitely board again as needed. The staff is very caring and professional. Also he got a bath before we picked him
Up so he was nice and clean when he came home“

66 Woods End Rd, Putnam Valley“We can't believe what The DOG accomplished in three weeks with our 7 year old hound mix. He characteristically displayed an exuberance everywhere, with everyone, at any time. They returned him to us with the same exuberance, only instantly responsive to a whole array of commands that neither of us could possibly have achieved while working full-time in and training him on the side. And we haven't even gone through the post-training one on one sessions that the group provides.Furthermore, the sense I get is that the dog really enjoys the structure and exercise of our min-training reminder sessions back at home. This group is absolutely worth every dime they charge, and probably much more.“

461 Richardsville Rd, Carmel Hamlet“The only place to bring your dog in the Putnam Westchester and Dutchess area. I've even met people there from 4 and 5 hours away if you happen to need a safe, clean and wonderful environment for your dog this is absolutely the place. This place also has the ability to take dogs who are not good with other people or animals. Just super important to be absolutely honest about how your pet is so the owners know how to appropriately deal with it. There is no place else I trust with my four-legged children“

“Amazing experience with Dawn and Eye of Oden. She helped my mini schnauzer find her confidence and fix some bad habits. She also helped train our whippet puppy into a stellar Canine citizen. Highly recommend, we are customers for life“
