“I started seeing Brett towards the second half of my ACL and meniscus recovery. I came with the goal that he would get me back to returning to sports and competitive activities. He was recommended to me by friends within our neighborhood who had a similar surgery. My time spent with Brett was amazing. Not only did he get me back into athletic shape but he also helped me fix small issues I was still having such as tightness and mobility. Brett always had a smile on his face and was happy whenever I came into his office. He is super friendly and knowledgeable so I loved to pick his brain about random workouts or muscles. When it came to training he found the perfect ground between pushing me but also making me feel comfortable and confident with the exercise. He always made sure I nothing was hurting and constantly checked in on what I was feeling. I can confidently say I returned back to sports a little under a year of surgery and credit much of my success to Brett. Would 100% recommend.“

“Recently I awoke one morning with excruciating low back pain. I tried some home interventions but they did not help, so when I awoke the next day, still in a great deal of pain, I decided to call a chiropractor. I did a google search and Dr. Adrienne’s website and number came up. It was a Saturday, so I didn’t expect to get in. The lovely receptionist said that Dr. Adrienne was only in until noon, but that they could get me in. I did not know Dr. Adrienne previously. I arrived, and the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Then I met with Dr Adrienne, who performed her examination and did some gentle adjustments. She is very kind, personable, and a very good listener. Within hours of seeing her, my pain reduced by 60%, and by the next day it was 80% better.
