Katrina arrived on time today as scheduled. Performed the maintenance cleaning on our Mitsubishi Heat/air cond. unit. Also Cleaned our gas furnace. Was very pleasant and efficient. We have requested and scheduled for her return service for 2023..
Very personable young man .He chatted with me while he was servicing the AC unit explaining everything he was doing. Very efficient employee. I am truly satisfied with his performance.
I had an issue with 1 of 2 HVAC units I had installed this year, it was new and the first time I had used it. I called to report after hours just to leave a message for the next day. Much to my surprise they called back almost immediately and attempted to talk me through the process of fixing the issue in my own. When I was unable they immediately set up an appointment for the next 2 days and sent someone over. He was able to find the reason for it not working and fixed it within a few minutes. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, polite and kind! I am so glad I used them for the installation of 2 HVAC units they are highly recommended!
