Katrina arrived on time today as scheduled. Performed the maintenance cleaning on our Mitsubishi Heat/air cond. unit. Also Cleaned our gas furnace. Was very pleasant and efficient. We have requested and scheduled for her return service for 2023..
Great guys! Very professional and friendly. The process was seamless from estimate to install. 10 k cheaper than competitor. Had them install a heat pump heat and a/c. Using the attic for the air handler and they ran 8 vents. System is very Quiet. 1 Minor issue was resolved immediately with 1 phone call. Tech was sent outand arrive within 30 min. So happy with this company.Highly recommend!
Holbrook Heating & Air are a pleasure to work with. Amazing customer service! Marco called ahead of his arrival which was well within the window given. He was very personable and did a great job with the maintenance on my mini-split. I would recommend Holbrook to anyone. Always a great company to work with.
