My wife and I awoke early this morning to a plumbing emergency. I called Cross Brothers at 7am, and they had a man here at 8:15. He resolved the problem for us. The bill was entirely reasonable. Great service and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

I’ve had Cross Brothers Plumbing out to my house multiple times in the past year and have had wonderful experiences every time - specifically thanks to Jeremiah. He is very professional, prompt, genuine and personable. Appreciate you guys and will continue to use Cross Brothers in the future!

It isn't often that I review a business that I never officially hired, but this one stands out. I gave a call to Cross Bros because we had water backing up in our basement - the main outlet drain was clogged.
I spoke with Joyce who was very nice, and she told me that while they could definitely get me on their schedule, the county might be able to flush the drain line from outside of the home for free. She said that she would hate for us to pay for something that could be done for no cost.
Joyce gave me the number of the county to call, and they sent someone out the same day and took care of it.
