It's shocking how different the experience from one office is from another at The Chautauqua Center! Honestly, the behavioral health office deserves 5⭐, while the dental office deserves maybe 3⭐ - the receptionist and med tech were fine, but the doctors leave a lot to be desired. It's sad. We have a real need in this area, and it's just not getting filled properly.
NP Laura Lack is awesome, she listened, cared, and took the time to look at my previous tests. Instead of immediately being sent off elsewhere she helped me get approved for a much needed and long overdue MRI which finally confirmed everything I knew all along. Because of Ms.Lack I finally have some answers and can work towards solving the issues previous medical professionals didn’t even care to look for.
Like most patients, I feel no person should be deprived of medication or treatment, but unfortunately, since they have no doctors anymore, like Dr.Mueller, retired, great doctor, but seems that is the past. Now, no returned phone calls, ignored portal messages, uncaring attitude, front desk understaffed, really unorganized. Don't even get me started on dental, millions in equipment, but they don't do anything. Sad.
