Family Health Medical Services, a family medicine practice established in 1982, provides compassionate and attentive primary medical care to neighbors and friends across Chautauqua County. With three locations in Jamestown and Westfield, the practice offers flexible access to patients, including telephone and video visits, as well as after-hours emergency on-call support seven days a week. Patients praise the friendly, efficient, and professional staff, as well as the thorough and personable doctors. Some patients have reported minor issues with processing paperwork, but overall, patients are pleased with the service and appreciate the attention to their family's health. The practice welcomes new patients of all ages and is proud of its reputation, with most new patient referrals coming from current patients who recommend the practice to others.
I have always been happy with the attention to my family with this practice. This regards the process of paperwork to be processed by the company Medicopy through this office. I was told Medicopy would handle the paperwork for a minimal fee, which to me would be up to $15... but medicopy charged $30 for this service and its taking 6-7 days so far to get my paperwork back ... too pricey and taking too long. At this point I'm still waiting for my paperwork.
I have been very pleased with Family Health Medical Services after being referred to them and Dr. Albert Persia by a close friend. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional,. Dr. Persia is very thorough as well as personable. I was immediately impressed with how he reviews all the chart notes from other sources. It is clear he cares about his patients and takes time to answer questions and carefully considers any diagnoses.
I have been in this office for about 5 yrs and I have had the best experience so far. And on top of that they see my grand daughter which makes it easier. Always respond to questions on portal and such
