At about 3pm on Saturday we found out that afternoon the building that had the event space where my wife’s birthday party (<90 people) was going to be held that evening had no working AC. The party planners could not locate the landlord or the buildings HVAC maintenance company. I started googling emergency HVAC repair companies and started leaving messages at a bunch of places. Vinco called me back and then we were able to communicate via what’s app and I was able to send them pictures of the AC unit on the roof and they were able to send a repairman (Corey) within a couple of hours. Used Vinco Mechanical for a Daikin VRV install in my Tribeca loft and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'd gotten three quotes from other NYC HVAC contractors and Vinco wasn't the cheapest, but they were the only ones who actually knew the Daikin equipment inside and out. Turns out they're a Daikin Certified Comfort Pro, which means Daikin factory trains their techs — not something you find at most NYC HVAC companies. I had a great experience with Vinco Mechanical. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, but Vinco Mechanical definitely delivered.
