🚨🚨A couple of times did my hair there last time I tried getting my hair dye not only did she use a expired or too strong bleach she gave me an allergic reaction didn’t achieve the color and burned my hair ( the owner ) chela was the one who damaged my hair, not only did she burned my hair she didn’t even have the decency to tell me, when I tipped her she said ohh no I did it with love, I wasn’t aware that her specialty was burning hair ! 🚨🚨.

Varias veces he frecuentado el salón, pero la última vez la dueña Chela me hizo el tinte con el Bleach, me dio una reacción alérgica. Y aparte me quemó el cabello, ni siquiera tuvo la decencia de decirme lo que pasó, sino que me di cuenta en mi casa.

I went in as I’ve done so many times to get a wash and blowout. The salon was near closing so I felt the wash rush and I explained that I needed a deep scrub since I had just removed my braids. The lady spoke no English and no one in the salon came to translate what I was saying. I get under the dryer and then go to get my hair blown out. Before I was done another lady comes to get the payment and says $50!! I’m looking at her like when did that price jump up?? She’s telling me “it’s always been like this”. This place is always changing prices when they want meanwhile there’s no price list to show. I’m never going back due to the ludicrous prices and low customer service.

I have short 4c hair that doesnt go past my ears I booked a blowout and when they were washing my hair I noticed it was very “tame” they permed my hair and now my edges won’t curl up if I could give zero starts I would. Dont ever go here

I came in with wet and clean hair and they charged me $80 for a haircut and blowout because they said my hair was wet??? When a regular haircut is $35. Do not come here

My hair looked pretty good but let me tell you… I have literally the shortest pixie cut. I came in this way just needed a trim. There was a Spanish lady that came after me with extremely long curly hair. She asked for a blowout cut and conditioner just like I did. They told this lady $60 for her hair. But when they finished with me they charged me $87!!! For a wash & set blow and cut on a very short pixie cut is ridiculous. I didn’t even argue I just paid and they probably won’t see me again. My routine salon was closed that day and they always charge me $60 or less.
Oh and the lady who wash my hair dig her nails into my head and didn’t wash my hair like a professional should. That hurt very much.

Poor service , disrespectful staff. The staff hardly speak English. They talk behind your back in Spanish. They have nowhere for you to sit “in the back”.

I was charged $150.00 to go from black hair to Jet black hair. My hair is a bit past my shoulders. I brought my own shampoo, deep conditioner & oil. I truly believe I was overcharged. Every time I come to this salon the price changes. I will not be coming back here at all. 0/10

The fact that it’s only one stylist working in the salon is ridiculous. It gets worst every time you go in there and they always have an attitude. They moved all there workers to Baldwin

Just got 6 inches of my hair cut off without my will. They cut your hair in the back with no mirrors. Be careful. I will be coming back to speak to management. But for people of Jamaica do not come here.
