The Spanish lady cut my long and beautiful hair and she was putting it alined when she was cutting my hair . She cut my long hair so short and cut it so weird I can’t even explain. I don’t know why on the earth they keep such unprofessional people . I would never ever go in that salon again .

I was promised keratin u-tip hair extensions. After I bought the hair and had an appointment, Theresa not only was 1 hour late, but said she doesn’t know how to do keratin u-tip. She proceeded to recommend to cut off the u-tips for clips… Ma’am then I would have bought clip extensions. Sheer disappointment.

I got my eyebrows done yesterday and the ladg burned my skin with wax and didn't even put any ice or water and it wasn't first time happened with me. I want to know the manager and directions name because this is very dangerous.
If you're not professional you shouldn't work here This is very disappointing

I recently moved to the neighborhood and was searching for a place to have my eyebrows threaded. I discovered this salon while browsing on Google. The technician did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She was very nice, careful, and delicate. The most exciting part is that it cost only $5.00! I highly recommend!

I called early morning for an appointment for 12:30 for a blowout. The hair dresser wasn’t available so I confirmed for 1:30. I was 5 min late and got to the salon. I was seated on the chair and the hair dresser told me there is a two min wait. As I’m waiting I see her doing a whole foil color change in a different client. I asked her how long again to clarify, she said it will take 20 min. I told her I had a 1:30 appointment she brought up the fact that I was 5 min late and told me she can’t wait around..I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I would not come back here ever again. There is always a 5-10 min courtesy. The fact that there was so apology and she didn’t respect my time is bizarre to me. Save your money and don’t come here.Service: Hairstyling
