He keeps himself informed in health and fitness so he can impart the most tailored advice specific for you. Moreover, his fees are very reasonable. He offers two for one packages for couples and training buddies. This not only helps offset the cost, but it provides motivation for you to be more consistent when you have a training partner to go to the gym with you.
