They do not honor your appointment times and will have you waiting for hours. They will downplay their actions and wash your hair so you can’t leave until she’s ready to complete your service. I have to admit, I have gone to this place for about ten years, but the last time I went was the absolute last time I was going to let these hair dressers mess up my tresses. I went natural back in 2012. I took great pride and care of my hair and decided to experiment with color. I wanted to lift the my 1B hair color to a warm brown along with some highlights. I was confident that the stylist (her name was Louise and I let her do my hair before with no issue when I was relaxed) was capable of doing the job.
