really bad time management!!! Not what I asked for

This place is a 0/10, every Saturday it’s packed & it’s a long wait so I called off work to come on the least busiest day. I called her Friday and she said they open at 8:30 I came at 8:45 only 2 workers were there when it’s supposed to be 5. The owner soba didn’t come till after 9, & her sister who braided my hair came after 10. I came at 8:45 AM & left at 8:50 PM. EVERYTIME I ask for medium they gave me small, although the braids look nice that’s not what I asked for. Her sister takes very long to braid & has a nasty stench. She doesn’t know how to properly braid hair, the other women have to help her. I paid 200 for waist length, just for her to stop braiding mid back & leave me with straight endings, I had to get them curled by other place. Also They talk about their customers in their language & always have attitude when people ask for Fatima. They can braid well but service & place is trash. Roaches & flys are always in the shop ??.

I have been going to the salon for years!! Always professional and the braids don't hurt! I truly recommend Soba or Patience! They are excellent, efficient, neat & fast braiders.

They are Great but i ask for my box braids to be braided a little pass my natural hair. She didn't do what I asked her to do. I will be going back because I really liked how my hair came out.

DO NOT go here unless the owner “Soba” is doing your hair. The other braiders do a very low standard job and can be rude. I let some random lady do my hair and the hair started to come out the same night and hasn’t stopped since. While she was doing the hair she was so rough, kissing her teeth and pushing my head so hard! It was crazy. That was a really bad experience. I did complain by reaching out to the owner but got no response from her, which was disappointing (she left me on read lmao). So again, only let the main lady do your hair or go somewhere else! Don’t risk it like I did.Service: Braids

Terrible. Not only did the braids start coming out but the lady chopped chopped chopped every second. Wasn’t even braiding and was on her phone 4 hours out of the 6 hours it took to do my hair. Braids were crooked not even straight. Trash never going backService: Braids

Quick and painless only advice like any other salon is to get there when they open. Waited for 2 hours but that was expected for the time I got there.
