Very disrespectful. I’m trying to tell her she did not do the color asked for. She should fix it or charge less. It’s not fair when you have to pay for a color you didn’t get. She tells me, she did this for 30 years, she’s a professional. Walks away with a nasty attitude. Not professional at all. Bad service, rude lady.

Yanis is lovely and talented. I come weekly for a wash, set and blow out. She actually cares for the health of your hair. Never pushes products on you and her layered haircuts are the best I’ve ever had!!

Found this shop today and came in as a first time customer. Was greeted very nicely and asked what I was looking to get done. Got my hair cut as well as a wash and set. Great reasonable price and I loved my hair. Worker knows what she is doing. I would for sure come back and definitely recommend this place!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM....First and last time going there. When I arrived, only 1 customer was there. Nobody say hi or asked me anything about what I wanted to do in my hair. Even though, her daughter was there on her phone, saw me and did not ask anything, just game me that look like I went to ask for money or something. As a new customer, "I had to ask if someone was working there or if she was waiting as well " .When the owner saw me, "she gave me that look" just like her daughter" and the first word that came out of her mouth was "I leave at 5pm" even though I arrived at 4pm. She did not even say "HI" or "offer me the service as a new costumer". I felt like I was "BOTHERING" with my presence, so I told her that if she couldn't take care of me today, was not a problem, and I could go somewhere else and even explained that I just decided to go there because it was the closest hair salon opened. "She kept quite" like I was talking to nobody. I didn't know how to take it, if a "NO" or a "Yes" so I stayed waiting.Before she started working on my hair, I handled her my hair product so she could use it on me and "with an attitude" she asked me to wait and what that was for? I explained her "that was to protect my hair from the heat and that she should know about it"...she was like...."Listen I've been working in this for a long time " and SO YOU KNOW...I DON'T let my costumers to bring any products from home " I let you because you already had it but I used my own products here!!! Customers don't bring products!! "She applied my product and was spraying my face as well".But first of all....let me explain something to you... I DON'T HAVE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS!!...first time I heard about a beauty salon where you are not allowed as a customer to bring your own products. Do you know what could have happened if I get an allergic reaction because of YOUR PRODUCTS!!....Also, I told her and I think I was very clear....that I was spending my money there!! I didn't go there to ask for a FREE SERVICE!! Like they made me feel. She was not doing me a favor!! I WAS PAYING MY MONEY!! PLUS she CHARGE $50 dollars for a "BLOWOUT " I even went with my hair already washed and I have short hair. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ never again!!WORK IN YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!! And stop giving attitude to the people who feed you!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK!! CLOSE THAT BUSINESS.Now I understand why that place is ALWAYS EMPTY...???Service: Blowouts
