My Uggs were messed up due to all the snow recently and brought them over to get cleaned. The kind employee gave me a heads up and said she might not be able to fully restore them because of the color (dark green) so I managed my expectations. But I picked them up and they looked great. Super happy with the results, definitely recommend!

This place is amazing. I've used them twice and have been so impressed with the results. Most recently I got both heels replaced with new rubber on my boots and some fraying bits glued down. They even polished them. They look and feel brand new and I know I'll get years more out of them now. The owners are so efficient and good at what they do. They can instantly give you a fair quote and let you know when it'll be ready. The magic on my shoes? Just $25!! Very lucky to have this store in my neighborhood.

A wonderful, gem of a shoe repair place! I couldn't be happier with how well they repaired my shoe-boots. They look like new! They replaced the worn down heels with a good rubber, slip-proof heel, and glued the tips near the toe that was coming up. I brought them in on a Wednesday and they were ready on Friday! It was a quick 2 day turn-around to get them back--and they were nice and clean!! The prices are very fare--and they are very kind, friendly people. You couldn't ask for better service! Will be back! Highly recommend!
