Very bad service , I really feel disappointed with this place, I went to ask if they could fix a necklace , which was a gift and he just looked at it and told the other girl who works there don’t mind it , excuse me, if you feel too prideful to fix my necklace, find a place on 5th av not in Roosevelt , but of course not ,that’s why you are in Roosevelt ?
Terrible Service. I have never seen someone act this way to a customer. Disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
