Hi! I got my brows done from Al Barkat Rose Beauty Salon, and I loved it! Sunita was the person that threaded my brows and she’s the one person that did my brows the best. I live in different state, and I told Sunita I would come back just for her to my brows! The prices are good too compared to the price i pay in the state I live in. My mom also loved how her brows looked as well. I love it honestly, and I will definitely get my brows done again when I go to NY again.

I only go here when I have to bcuz it gets the job done and is pretty affordable. I’m not happy to go nor would I recommend others to. I usually have to go home and do a once over myself to remove all the hair they missed. They’ve literally ruined one of my dresses by dropping wax on my shoulder. They’ve gotten wax on my actual head hair many times and it’s such a pain to remove it. They don’t make sure the wax is properly removed from my face when they’re done. The other reviews are right about them being rude and straight up not knowing what customer service is whereas if one of their friends comes in then they’re all giggles and give them priority skipping anyone that’s already waiting. Once when I went I literally waited more than an hour while they chit chatted and slowly worked on 2 women. Then their friend walked in, they put her in the third seat and went to her next. If anyone wants to get just their eyebrows done they’ll do them first bcuz it’s faster. And don’t get me started on the derogatory comments about your skin. And they’ll completely ignore you if you try explaining any preferences, precautions or skin concerns you need to make them aware of beforehand.

Very very bad service. I won’t come here anymore. Every time I go there it’s new employees. Who doesn’t have fully trained. And they do my eyebrows ugly and she doesn’t even know how to do facial all she did was rub. She changed me extra too. This people only care about the money not customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

I would highly recommend this place and the person who does all the services for me is “Sunita” who is highly accommodating, understanding and patient with me all the time . Honestly, one time I awaited for a month for services since she was out of the country, so one could tell how satisfactory the services are. The ambiance is very pleasant as well and pricing is genuine.
