I recently purchased a house, and got a letter in the mail from A&A Residential advertising their services, as I guess they reach out to new home owners. I was a little dubious at first, but called them for a painting quote, and ultimately hired them. They did a very good job, and I found Jonny & Jose easy to deal with, and the painting crew of Jorge, Luis & Christian were professional & courteous.

I have nothing but positive things to say about A&A residential services. Professional, clean, and quick. Our floors needed a LOT of help, A&A came in and repaired all holes, patched in areas, stained and polyed the floors that other floor companies said couldn't be fixed. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and are so excited to move into our home with these new beautiful refinished floors!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for a job well done!

I used them to refinish my hard wood floor. They did very good job sanding the floor. 5 stars for this part. Regarding the painting part which is the most important part, they didn't do a good job. I had to call them after they finished they redo the ENTIRE floor. Since they came back to address this, I gave them 4 stars.
