Whole Picture Health & Vision has helped me through several difficult issues with my eyes/vision. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The doctor I saw caught the signs of macular degeneration (due to medication) before I even noticed any changes in my vision. I was able to stop the medication. I have had no further degeneration. I'm so grateful.
Dr. Curran is top-notch. She’s super communicative and helpful, explains exactly what’s going on with your eyes and also remembers patient histories going several years back.
Taking a star off because the staff at the reception are very slow and never pick up the phone. I’ve had a lot of trouble calling to schedule appoints or order contacts, sometimes even calling several times in the middle of their business day. They certainly don’t match the high level of professionalism and competence of the eye doctors.
Awesome!! Highly recommend--I had some difficult vision issues that no other optical venue in the greater Ithaca area was able to resolve but Whole Picture Health & Vision resolved my issues. A special shoutout to Dr. Bloom and Eva. Many, many thanks??
