I would like to give 6 stars. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been delightful, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even replaced a lost screw in my old pair of glasses while I was getting my new pair adjusted. Sometimes after errands you feel drained, but instead I feel happier after visiting Cayuga Optical!
Dr. Samantha Goodenough and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful! My appointment was quick and thorough, and I got my new prescription ordered immediately. I highly recommend this place!
Great customer service! I have never been here before but I came in because my glasses broke the night before. The staff was very helpful and didn't try to upsell me. I got exactly what I needed!
