Very courteous and attentive staff. I went for a lose filling and the Doc took care of an additional problem as well without having to come back. Awsome, would definitively would recommend.

I have had cleanings from Karen multiple times now and she is wonderful. She is so friendly and kind! She walks you through what she is doing so there are no surprises, she is super gentle and continually makes sure I am comfortable. She addresses any concerns she sees and makes suggestions on what could help. When I make my next cleaning appointment, I make sure it is with Karen.I have not had any other services besides x-rays and cleaning so I cannot speak to the doctors or other services.The office sends reminder texts for your appointment which is super helpful. I had an amazing experience at Tompkins Dental. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all of my questions! I came from an amazing dentist In Massachusetts so I had high standards they did not disappoint ( I tried another office in NY which was not a good experience Before finding this gem of a spot). I feel lucky to have had this experience and I would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a dentist!
