Its the best place in Ithaca..you can find a guitar at...the staff is super friendly..helpful in every aspect...One can get a great collection of brand new to used pieces at pretty decent prices. All kinds of accessories available too..
Very friendly and laid back. Let us try several guitars and mandolins in the shop. Priced very fairly, and we will be happy to return. Bought a mandolin thus trip. Their luthier realigned our 1964 Martin D28 (no truss rod) perfectly.Cant say enough good things about both sales and service.
If I could put more stars I honestly would. These people are so nice and helpful, and incredibly efficient (got the bass back in a few hours). Would definitely come again, not even just for repairs, just to chat!
