They are so nice and helpful here. The guy that tunes helped me fix my instruments and helped me figure out how much they were worth and helped me with figuring out what instrument I should get. It might seem pricey but thats the price of an instrument, and they do well with pricing here. Overall really good place to go if you need an instrument fixed or if your buying one!
From out of town....picked up a used drum set close.by...stopped in to pick up a couple accessories.Haven't been to a music store in years....nice stocked,had what I needed and more...employees were nice and helpful.
Hickey's Music Center is my go-to for top-quality professional music equipment and expert advice. My first experience with them was in 2002... I actually spoke on the phone with a Hickey's Music Center expert regarding a decision about a new trombone mouthpiece. I took the advice, and I am happy to be using this mouthpiece on professional gigs to this day !
In addition to their professional expertise, Hickey's Music Center offers outstanding customer service. They offer excellent discounts between Christmas and New Year's Day, and I found a really great deal on a trombone gig bag that I wanted.
