Well our entire family have been using HSC Associates for over 20 years and they have always done a stellar job servicing and installing numerous HVAC systems in our various properties. Recently our Mitsubishi split went down in our main tv room during this lastest round of scorching heat. HSC responded immediately and between Marvin, Brandon, Kevin and Zack were able to find the problem and get it back into operation. Ahhhh! Cold air again!!! Great job fellas. 10 Stars for this fix. Where to start, if I could I give 10 STARS!!! From first contact to end product in the team at HSC Associates Heating & AC impressed me. So let me give a very long story here for you to understand. A building was bought, had a old radiant floor system that was not properly installed I will add a photo of that mess. But since we had other plans for the money and the system kind of heated the building, so we were gonna make it work, and then it happened. The boiler went down, brought in a service company and they right off the bat said can't/ wont touch it.. huh, what! .. So it seems parts are far and few between for the band. I had a 35 year old boiler that I wanted to replace due to its age. Their guys had the old one removed and the new one installed in less than a day. I had a minor issue with the install, but it was quickly fixed. Great job. Would not hesitate to use them again.
