On June 12, 2026 Service Technician Richard Kunze came to our residence to perform annual maintenance on our Trane air conditioning unit and to inspect and clean our furnace. Both my wife and I were very impressed with Mr. Kunze's professionalism and willingness to explain not only our systems maintenance needs, but also the benefits of being a Service Club member. He was very patient and made us feel confident in our decision to have chosen EandVenergy.
When I call, someone always answers. Easy to schedule. Comes when they say they do. Richard, service technician, is knowledgeable and explains things well.
I had originally posted a 1-star review after running out of propane again in the middle of winter and waking up to a house that was 58 degrees.
I have updated it to a 3-star after calling the corporate office to get my issue resolved after getting no resolve with my local office. They have assured me they will be coaching their staff and implementing some additional measures to ensure I don't run out of propane again in the future.
They have one more chance to redeem.
