Before arriving I had already received a phone call from Ruth to introduce herself and to discuss problem areas I wanted to focus on. The spa itself was very cozy and welcoming. She even had a personalized welcome sign with my name on it 🙂↔ She then sat down eye level with me to walk me through what I should expect during my visit. Which if you ask me is excellent customer service especially as that is a key element that seems to be missing in healthcare today. Everybody is always in a rush, but not here. The massage itself was heavenly, she applied the right amount of pressure to my comfort level while still being mindful of baby. I had knots and kinks almost everywhere, she even found knots in my forearms lol! I left feeling lighter, less tense, and more relaxed. I will definitely be booking another appointment with her before baby gets here.”
