I am in my 70s and living independently..
Last year I required a companion to drive me to and from the hospital for ambulatory surgery. This year I again needed a companion for the same surgery.
Both experiences were perfect. The attentiveness and professionalism provided me the safety I required to arrive at hospital with the least level of stress. This is an agency that is a cut above. I interviewed several agencies before I knew this agency would give me exactly what I needed.
Although I haven't used Family First's services as yet, I have to say that I have been dealing with Kristi Constanteles for several months with a multitude of issues regarding my 89-year-old Aunt's future care. Kristi has gone far above and beyond the call of duty. She is kind, caring, always accessible and a genuinely sincere person. I can't say enough on how highly I would recommend working with her! I can tell that this is a first rate company with her at the face of it!
