Emerson did a beautiful job on my ailing bluestone and brick steps. The finished job made them seem as if they were almost new. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; the entire staff is both professional and very pleasant. They priced out this job extremely fairly. Everything in this company runs like a finely tuned watch, and most importantly, they are very accessible and responsive. I recommend them without hesitation and will use them in a pinch for future work.

The one contractor on my speed dial. Pete the manager is extremely knowledgable and has a ton of experience for both a proper repair, and a simple cheap way to fix something. His cost estimates are thorough and transparent, not to mention competitive. The crew are uniformly courteous, on time, and respectful of imposing in our home. I've had other contractors who were craftsmen and artists, but frankly they were all temperamental jerks who aren't worth my time. Emerson gets the project 90-95% right, and 100% on the hard parts- scheduling, pricing, transparency, and most critically- sticking around until everything is done.
