As an owner and partner in a contracting company (RC Construction). We use D Daniels Dumpster Contracting Ltd all the time. The friendly customer service from the office employees to the drivers is a great and inviting experience. I honestly would use this company all the time just bases on the interaction I receive. My go to person in the office I must say a real friendly person is Helen, keep up the great work.
In short, OUTSTANDING business to work with. I was referred to them by an acquaintance to help with my needs. I required removal services for an apartment cleanout. The first dumpster I ordered (10 yd) was too small and filled up quickly. Within a day, they were able to get me a dumpster double the size. I dealt directly with Dave, the owner. Listening to his and Helen's work relationship was a hilarious add-on to the down-to-earth customer service they provided. Great consistent communication. We have been using D.Daniels for years for all of our weekly removal service as well as large containers as needed. They are always pleasant to deal with, customer first oriented, and responsive. Dealing with Helen, and the rest of the Team in Scheduling, Dispatch and Billing is always easy, customer friendly, and they are always are attentive and reliable.
