“Dorothy is a phenomenal yoga instructor. I've been going for about a month now and am already feeling a difference in my flexibility and mental health. I sleep better after classes and after only 3 classes can finally reach my ankle without the strap! I love that she focuses on the breathwork so much, it is a great way to get out of your daily chaos and reconnect with your body, mind, and heart. Intro to Yoga and Power Yoga are classes I've taken and I can't wait for next week's class already.“
