This is just a wonderful studio. The owner Dorothy is fantastic and cares for her students. She is very helpful and supportive. I have enjoyed all my classes here and highly recommend this studio

I've taken both beginners and restorative (yin) yoga with Dorothy at her new studio, and have been extremely impressed by both experiences. Not only does her knowledge and expertise make for a relaxing yoga session that will leave you completely physically rejuvenated, but her incorporation of mindfulness meditation and body scans is cutting edge. You leave her classes feeling even as great emotionally, as you do physically - a welcome surprise I haven't found at other yoga studios! Dorothy has a kind, relaxing presence that rounds the entire experience out. You leave sacred space feeling appreciated and taken care of. 5 stars for sure!

Dorothy Peters's knowledge and expertise in various yoga practices allows even beginners to experience relaxation and increased flexibility together with better sleep and mindfulness. I may have struggled with a slower pace and the stillness, but later my body thanks me with feeling at peace, relaxed, and rested! It's the only time I feel I give myself permission to relax completely! My Sacred Space is my gift to me!
