Scheduled a haircut with Stacey, who is the owner of the shop, through their online booking portal. As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a professional handshake, and a sit down for shampoo and conditioner. I showed her a picture of the length I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations. Even did some light layering on the back (whatever that means).

Gail styled my hair today. CLEAVERZ was recommended to me by my son, a college student. We have had our hair styled at some of the top stylists in NYC. Some stylists will simply follow your directions, or not, adding nothing based upon their training and experience. Even worse is copying a style which may not suit your face. Gail gave value added by first examining my hair and making recommendations beyond my standard cut that I have requested for years. Style is a journey. I am confident that over the next several appointments Gail will help me to find the style that best suits me, rather than perpetuating the safe style to which I have become complacent.
