Dr. Cornetta is a phenomenal doctor/surgeon and a very good man all around. I had a polyp on my vocal cords that changed my voice drastically and made breathing difficult. I was terrified to investigate my situation out of fear it was something much more serious, but was recommended to his office and had heard great things. I had 4 visits in his office before the eventual surgery. I was treated so respectfully by him and his staff. I personally have never experienced this exceptional standard of bedside manner before at any office. I recently saw Dr Cornetta. Hard to review overall and here is why. Once I finally saw Dr Cornetta, he was fantastic--very nice and knowledgeable. Excellent. However, the rest of the experience was a disaster. You literally need to make an appointment 3+ months ahead of time. Not good. The parking situation is a joke with zero parking spots available. Horrible. The 5 dragon ladies at reception are useless, rude and they direct you to kiosks directly in front of them in an attempt to check in instead of, God forbid, interacting with them for 30 seconds. My son was evaluated for enlarged tonsils/adenoids, and two months later they were out! His staff is amazing, especially with children, and he is an awesome doctor with great bedside manner. The procedure was quick, clean, and healed beautifully! Sure there was a bit of a wait at the surgical center but nothing excessive. I highly recommend him and must say.. get those tonsils/adenoids out of your kids if he says they need it. Less sickies, no snoring, and it minimizes viral induced asthma (at least for my kid).
