norman and jeff came to my home to replace the hot water heater and expansion tank, and the whole plumbing service went very smoothly. they arrived on time, were professional, and clearly knew their work. they explained the replacement cost up front, which made everything easy to understand before the job started. all of the work was finished in about two hours, and they handled the installation well even though the water heater was in a very tight space and required work in two different areas of the house. they were careful around my laundry room fixtures, used solid plumber know-how, and made sure everything was connected properly and working as it should. they also...read full review
we called them to replace some very old bathroom drain lines that were causing ongoing plumbing problems, including nearly rusted shut galvanized sink drains, a worn toilet flange, and the last sections of old cast iron drain pipe under the house. they updated everything under that bathroom, and when replacing the toilet flange, they also rebuilt part of the subfloor where there was some rot from a long-term leak. they got us on the schedule quickly in howard beach, called ahead before arriving, and finished the plumbing work when they said they would. it was a large drain and pipe repair job, so it was not inexpensive, but the workmanship was excellent and the whole...read full review
