I had made an appointment somewhere else but found they had to close suddenly when we arrived. Hornell Spa and Nails fit us in minutes later for manis and pedis for myself and my mother. They spent extra time with my mom who needed extra attention, and my nails were done quickly and efficiently. It was as if they intuitively knew what we both needed and wanted! I was extra pleased and surprised at the time, care, and attention the technician spent on my mother. She hasn’t been to a nail salon in years, and it showed. This is my first ever time visiting this salon and let me tell you, I left more happy than I came in!I didn't have the best experience at another local salon so I was honestly a little nervous but everyone was so friendly and the nail stylist were so gentle. It felt welcoming walking in and you were greeted right away! My photo doesn't really due justice, but my nails turned out beautiful. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone of my friends and family!Services: Acrylic nails

Updated review they have been doin very sloppy work for a good 7 months. I asked for something they don’t no how to do it, or tell me it has to be done a certain way. I’ve been to many nails salons and know how it’s done. I’ve been coming here for about a year very loyal customer and tip well. I would expect for them to know what I want . When paying my hard earned money I expect to leave out happy
