“I had made an appointment somewhere else but found they had to close suddenly when we arrived. Hornell Spa and Nails fit us in minutes later for manis and pedis for myself and my mother. They spent extra time with my mom who needed extra attention, and my nails were done quickly and efficiently. It was as if they intuitively knew what we both needed and wanted! I was extra pleased and surprised at the time, care, and attention the technician spent on my mother. She hasn’t been to a nail salon in years, and it showed.
