“Walking into a salon after having a horrible experience 10 years ago was not an easy thing for me. Honestly, even deciding to make an appointment was difficult. What made this experience so different was how comfortable and understood I felt from the very beginning — even over the phone.
I was looking for someone who would actually listen to what I wanted, be honest with me, respect my preferences, and not make me feel like I was just another client for one appointment. I wanted to feel comfortable enough to build a relationship with someone I could trust with my hair.
That’s when I found Amanda. ❤ She took the time to understand what I wanted and did exactly that. Even though I came in close to closing time, I never felt like my hair was being carelessly rushed. She made sure I was comfortable with my decision and, most importantly, I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out!
It wasn’t just the beautiful color — my hair feels so much fresher, healthier, and the dryness and split ends look so much better after just one visit. I walked out feeling like myself again, and that means so much to me after staying away from salons for 10 years.
Gloria also took wonderful care of me while washing my hair. The massage chair and the scalp massage were such a relaxing touch, and she was so gentle and attentive. ❤
