The staff is known for their ability to handle even the most difficult animals with care, and they work hard to accommodate same-day or urgent appointments when needed. Clients consistently report positive experiences, with the clinic going above and beyond to address their concerns and ensure the well-being of their beloved pets. Dr Wiley and her staff made visits comfortable and positive. They are super comprehensive, affordable and friendly. She offered many treatment options for issues weighing pros and cons without judgement. Appointments are not rushed, and they value everyone's time. They got a heart-felt welcome and explained everything, making everyone feel comfortable.
Staff is amazing! One of my dogs is very skittish and for the first time ever she bit one of the staff members. I appreciated the staff member's response toward my dogs behavior. She didn't respond in any negative way towards my dog and we continued to examine the issue at hand. Prices are always reasonable, to me.
After many years, Wiley always demonstrated to me as a person who genuinely loves animals and will do her best to give her patients the best care possible! 🙏🏼
I have took both of my cats to Wiley's Ark! They've seen my cats Oliver and Bandit. They're affordable, and usually can get you in as soon as possible! They offered an overnight stay for my cat Oliver when I couldn't pick him up due to work. It wasn't costly either. They're very friendly and also educate you in a respectful manner when you're using the wrong items for your cats that are bad for them. Without them, I would've continued using Sheba, and all these other kinds of brands that were decreasing my cats lifespan. Thank you Wiley's ark. :)
Amazing and caring people here!! Never in my entire life of having a Fur Kid have I had that kind of attention of concern and empathy that my boy did there! They were quick to respond to our emergency and got him in and cared for with ease. I honestly can’t thank them enough!! They are the True Animal Loving Veterinarians!!
