Arlene was very informative and professional. She explained things very well and was interested and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and explained all the tests she administered so I could understand the results. I would highly recommend.
I just underwent an eye examination with Dr. Minkoff at the HOLBROOK COSTCO location and she was very thorough and friendly. She took me in impromptu since I just stopped by to make an appointment, but she was waiting for her next appointment to arrive but hadn't heard anything from them, so she gave me the exam on the spot and later she found out that the person had cancelled their appointment anyway. She also allowed my autistic son to be there with me too, so that was definitely appreciated since I didn't want to leave him outside the office exam room all alone. Stopped by to inquire about DMV eye test. Dr Minkoff overheard my conversation with the front desk and immediately came out, welcomed me and assured me if I just came in for that test , she would fit me right in. Came back and that same welcoming manner immediately took me in, explained the new DMV system , and completed the test. Dr M is knowledgeable, friendly, and just nice to be around. I’ll be going back to a complete exam. Highly recommend
