take the retinal scan it’s worth the $35 copay. A must is selecting Jim as yore vision associate when it comes time in helping select a pair of frames. He is knowledge and skill is super trusting!

I was weary for my appointment because I have not had the best experiences at other Visionworks locations, but everything was amazing! From the front desk, to the initial eye exam, to the doctor was such a great experience. They all were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was a woman. I can not remember her name but she was by far the best optometrist I have had since my childhood. Highly recommend this location.

I made an online reservation. Upon arrival I was served in a timely manner. All store associates were friendly professional and competent. I would have given the store five stars but Visionworks customer online systems don’t work all that well. For example the customer is provided an opportunity to complete documentation prior to arrival. Upon arrival you learned that the system does not as well as it should. Thus you wind up duplicating the providing of documentation. Also you learn that store to store computer systems don’t work all that well too.
