I brought an article of clothing to be serviced and pressed and when I went to pick up the clothing during scheduled operating hours the cleaners was closed. When I finally picked up my clothes I referenced to the sign on the door which clearly said they were open until 5 on Saturday and he argued that the sign said 4. Once he went outside to actually check the sign to verify to his surprise that it actually said they closed at 5 he said that was a mistake too!! He continued to argue that the the receipt said I was to pick it up on Thursday to which I responded that that merely means it would be READY by Thursday but I could pick it up any time after during REGULARY SCHEDULED...read full review

Absolute NIGHTMARE! Paid for my daughter's dress to be drycleaned and pressed before her big event on Monday. I went to pick it up on Saturday at 3:30 and cleaners was closed. Attempted it again on Monday, the day of our event, multiple times to find it closed all day. Receipt clearly prints open Mon. - Sat. Until 5pm. We had to purchase a new dress as cleaners was not open as promised. As if this wasn't enough, there was no apology for this huge inconvenience and owner continued to argue that receipt is not accurate put sign on door which also prints open on Saturday was what I should've gone by. I give them less than a star but unfortunately it isn't an option.

They broke a button on one of my shirts and sewed a new one on that wasn’t even close to matching the buttons on the shirt. I showed the owner the spare button on the shirts inside tag and asked him to correct THEIR mistake. He refused to waive the $1.50 charge for sewing a button. I would never step foot in this place again.
