This was the first time that I took my 17-year-old shih Tzu poodle Missy for a grooming to this establishment. My regular groomer was closed for renovations so I had no choice but to take her to a new location. How happy I am at the results! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very happy young lady along with the groomer. I showed them pictures of how I like her to look and I have to say she came out perfect! I will definitely be back for another appointment in May. Thank you to everyone here for making my girl beautiful! Great job everyone!

Dear community, I was charged $160 to groom my golden doodle. I was shocked and honestly felt hurt, especially when my mother-in-law was quoted $87 to $100 for a larger doodle. My dog was matted, so he needed to be shaved, but this price felt completely unfair. When my MIL called the owner, she admitted I had been overcharged. That was incredibly disappointing to hear.
I truly wanted to support this business, but I cannot justify this cost. For $160, I can hire a mobile groomer to come to my home. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

First time taking my mini golden doodle to this salon and I was so happy with the whole experience! Made a phone call, they took her same day! Groomer was very knowledgeable and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. Made another appt! Highly recommend! 10/10!

I would give 0 stars if I could I was pet sitting my best friend's dog who was groomed the day before here. They also expressed his anal glands. The dog was riddled with diarrhea and bleeding excessively from anis for 5 days. He's an older, black nd, dog. This was 2nd time this happened after they groomed. Stay away

This place gets the two stars because they were open during the pandemic and took great care with my dog.. but after this last visit I am fed up and taking my business elsewhere. We have been coming here for years, even after moving to a new town. I wanted to be a loyal customer and keep bringing my business to them. Within the last year, they have started becoming more pushy about bringing her more often. I've told them over and over again that financially I can't always bring her every 8 weeks on the dot (I don't even get my own hair done that consistently), but that doesn't stop them from making us feel bad about it. Not only that, but their prices have increased, which I fully understand.. but you can't decrease your quality of services simultaneously! They charged us the same amount as always, we still tipped, and then I found out that her paw pad fur, nails, and sanitary areas hadn't been trimmed! She started slipping on our wood/tile floors and the poor old girl can't afford a bad fall! It's a shame because I was so pleased when I first started bringing her.
