Man what can I say… these guys where totally professional and very helpful in every possible way.. They came drained both Main and overflow tanks promptly and quickly. The workers where very helpful and explained every step of the process as they where working constantly keeping me in the loop!! I would recommend these guys 200%….. great job to you and your team Mike! Thank you again for all your help sir!
Thank you for standing behind your work. Owner called me himself when i was having issues with my cesspool after a prior service and sent someone very thorough to troubleshoot. Explained potential circumstances and solutions in case of future issues very clearly and even accomedated me at a loss. Thank you again and i highly recommend this company and will remain with them for future cesspool needs.
We were with south fork septic before and had a lot of issues with unnecessary charges and poor customer service so we switched. Competition Cess pool and drain has way better pricing and customer service. We thought our tank needed to be replaced and had weekly pumps scheduled until the end of the season, but after one pump with competition they fixed our tank even though I wasn’t asking for a fix just a pump (paid 500 dollars for diagnostic imaging at south fork septic with no reports at all).
