Was referred by kiddsmiles for my daughter. From the moment we walked in the lady at the desk was friendly and professional, then we met Dr. Z who also was friendly and professional. He examined my daughter and briefly explained the need for braces, suggested we get xrays and scans while in the office so he can get to work on coming up with a plan. A few minutes later another lady came in to do the xrays, scans and pictures and then we were out the door. 12pm appt and out the door in under 45 minute's.
