My octogenarian father accidentally broke his glasses when they fell off his head while moving into he and his wife’s new home last week. Even though the glasses had been purchased less than two months ago from the Birmingham Veterans Administration, they were unable to help him or repair them. Thinking that this was probably a long shot, I emailed Chlogän Eyewear Group, the manufacturer of the frames asking if there was a place we could purchase the exact same frame locally. The lenses survived the fall and just needed new frames. Jasmine Sugandha (Vice President of Chlogän Eyewear Group) promptly wrote me back and oh so kindly offered to send this aging veteran a new pair of frames free of charge! Isn’t it heartwarming to find a company that stands behind their product? Thank you so much Ms Sugandha! This will help him so much with all the tasks of sorting and placing all of their household goods where the belong. Not to mention completely eliminating the eye strain caused by wearing an out of date prescription! Chlogän Eyewear Group describe themselves as a family run company and it certainly shows in the way that they treat their customers like family! I’m going to be giving their products a very long look prior to purchasing my next new pair of glasses!

Found some very comfortable and stylish frames by Chlogan recently. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke them and the store I got them from didn't have any more in stock. I reached out to Chlogan directly for help finding replacements and they promptly sent me a new pair of frames! Very happy with their products and especially their customer service!
