Customer service is horrible. Everyone I spoke to seemed very unhappy with life. My appointment that I showed up early to by 15mins ended up running a hour past my appointment time to be seen. If anyone books an appointment be ready to wait. I had 7 people ahead of me and when I questioned how they said walk ins. So what’s the point of me making an appointment. I will not be returning. Insurance or no insurance the money I saved coming here was not worth the waiting around or unhappy staff at the location. Something that should of taken 30mins took almost 2 hours.

Before scheduling my appointment, I wish I had read JP's review because I had a similar experience with customer service at this location, even though it came recommended as a “premier” spot by my insurance. The check-in process was efficient, and my optometrist was excellent. However, issues arose during the payment process.I was told the retinal screening came at an additional charge as it wasn’t covered by my insurance. Knowing my insurance benefits well, I challenged this, showing them what the VSP website stated. My daughter had a 5:15 appt. They took us right in and did the preliminary tests. Then we waited 30 min for the Dr. My daughter was in the exam chair for a total of 5 min. They told her to pick out frames. Associates were sitting around talking. After 45 min I asked for the Rx. The associates that were just talking then told me they would enter the order for me, as if they were doing me a favor. I said forget it.
