I made an appointment for the Levittown location with ease. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in the store. The doctor was knowledgeable and informative answering my questions and with his recommendations. I looking forward to trying the eye glasses I purchased when they are ready.
One of the girls was very rude over the phone that didn’t sit well with me .
When I came for my appointment every one was nice but I remembered that voice of the lady that was rude to me , African-American girl on the heavyset side
Came in after being recommended by family. Great establishment with clear and wide selection of frames to choose from. Very well organized to peruse.
Staff was super helpful, straight forward and looked to ensure the best/most practical options to use. This particular case was for separate reading/distance pairs. Straightforward with pricing and breakdown, looks for the best ways to apply savings, as well as a solid protection plan.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a new pair!
