Urgent-MD is a reliable urgent care facility that provides prompt and efficient medical services. The staff are described as welcoming, pleasant, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for patients. The doctors are amazing, listen to symptoms, and provide the correct medication. Everyone is so professional and very helpful from checking in to checking out. The clinic is known for its quick diagnosis, treatment plans, and minimal wait times, making it a highly recommended choice for minor emergencies and medical needs.
The doctors are amazing. They listened to my symptoms and prescribed the correct medication and because the pharmacy was closed, they provided me with information to find a 24 hr pharmacy.
From Checking In To Checking Out Everyone Was So Professional and Very Helpful. Dr Actually Listened To Us And Really Had Awesome Bedside Manner. Unfortunately You Just Dont See Now Adays.
It is not everyday that you meet individuals who really care for others wellbeing even when working in a facility that requires excellent patient experience.
On 9.16.24 I drove myself to Hewlett Urgent MD and was not as prepared for my visit as I should have been.
But then the angel Angie was just the person I needed to deal with; instead of drawing a hard line with me, she courteously had me see an MD and pleasantly let me know I could sort my situation out afterwards.
It is individuals like Angie that reminds us of our purpose here on earth which is to love, share and care for each other.
