Respectful, timely, professional, and a high quality of workmanship are the immediate words that come to mind. Like all renovations, unexpected events and problems can occur but Sia and her team made sure to address and help resolve. As for cost, it’s a subjective to the person paying but I believe that the money was well spent because the Quality was their from the cabinet install to the smallest molding pieces. Greg and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and were meticulous. It’s obvious Greg and his team take great pride in their work, and he’s very detailed oriented.
Greg’s pricing was competive and fair compared to some outrageous quotes I received from other contractors for the same work.
Most importantly, Greg is very honest.
I was concerned about giving him a 50% deposit because I’ve had issues in the past with dishonest contractors but he assured me there would be no issues with him.
A few days after I had remitted payment, I realized that there was a pricing error in my invoice. I contacted Greg, and he immediately responded to my inquiry and assured me that he would take care of it.
Within a few hours later, Greg delivered to me a bank check for the erroneous dollar amount.
I’m very pleased with the work they did, and they exceeded my expectations!

“I contracted to have two exterior doors replaced and a storm door installed. Tim came out immediately. He was so pleasant and gave me a quote, that was better than the other companies and he gave me a veterans discount! Tim's son picked up the doors and materials I had ordered from Lowes and brought them to the house with great care. Mark, who came out to do the work did a wonderful job on the doors! One door was more complicated than the other to install because of how the kitchen cabinets were built too close to them, the rotted wood underneath, and the steel beam above the door, but Mark managed to get the new door in without damaging the stucco, the kitchen, or the new door. The job took roughly 2 day to complete. Even the neighbors called to tell me how beautiful the doors looked.

The only con I would note was the clean-up afterwards and door disposal. I had to pretty much take care of that, but sanitation came and picked it all up.

Because of the experience I had, I've decided to hire them again to replace three windows in my basement.“

The homeowner was coming out of the hospital, and we renovated their existing bathroom to make it accessible for their walker, including a custom walk-in shower.
