“Dr. Merai is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is very thorough, asks lots of questions, and looks at all aspects of your health. She recommended supplements that have helped me feel much better and her adjustments always help any pain that I have. She cares about her patients and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see her. If I lived in the area, she would definitely be my main health care provider, I have just had the pleasure of seeing her a few times when I have been in Hawthorne. Dr. Merai knows what she's talking about and cares about her patients. A great holistic healthcare professional!“

“I love ProClinx! Tyler for PT is amazing and really helped strengthen my foot post injury! Andrea Gurciello treated me with acupuncture and has helped my foot injury in so many ways, I finally feel like I am able to return to an active pain-free lifestyle. Andrea really tailors your acupuncture treatment toward whatever health goals you have. Katalin Simon in Armonk is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, she is so skilled and really helped my foot and shoulder as well as soreness from working out. Caitlin Policastro at Nusoma (Armonk) is so kind and can help with various health concerns through oxidative therapies, IV infusions, IM injections, etc. ProClinx is truly the best!“

“After graduating freshman year of high school, my daughter was playing national softball events. During one of the games, she tore her labrum on her non-throwing arm. DR. Brett was involved in the process from the beginning. After surgery, DR. Brett coordinated with the surgeon and recommended a physical therapist which my insurance covers. The additional specific physical therapy that DR. Brett provided was amazing. An injury that would normally have taken my daughter six months to return to the field and up to one year for full recovery, took just four months to return to playing and six months for her to be back at full strength. During this critical recruiting time, DR. Brett’s incredible knowledge and expert care on how to treat and then retain strength through the healing process was the deciding factor. If not for him, my daughter’s chances of obtaining a division one scholarship would be greatly diminished!Mike Papaleo“

“I'm starting again here for the third time, and I keep coming back because they've been fantastic to work with and really helped me get back to functioning as well as I can and get back to being active.I've mostly come in in the mornings, and would recommend that over afternoons, as it's calmer in the morning. But the people here are great to work with and I've seen wonderful results going here. I recommend to anyone in the area who needs PT.“

Developmental Steps Physical Therapy

“Development steps has been an excellent resource for our little one. We started by attending a free tummy time class where the staff could quickly tell our daughter had some tightness that was making tummy time unpleasant for her. We started seeing Emma at the PC location and week over week we made great progress. We worked on rolling, crawling, pulling up and now walking. Emma is great to work with and so patient and sweet with our daughter. We have had such a positive experience with Developmental Steps and highly recommend it.“

If I hadn’t moved I’d still be going to here. The only thing I don’t miss is one of the guys at the front desk of the building, that has nothing to do with PT….. omg talk about a power trip, so glad I hopefully will never have to deal with him again.“

SportsCentric Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“Derek at SportsCentric Physical Therapy is *phenomenal.*. After trying 2 other local PT places and being disappointed by their approach/insights, a knowledgeable friend in the industry referred me to Derek to take care of rehabbing a stress fracture in my hip from distance running. Derek also addressed my hamstring tendinopathy, which was causing other pain in the same region. Derek is thorough, *PATIENT,* informative, and compassionate. He has a great bedside manner. He knows so much about anatomy and backs up all of his views and suggestions with explanations and knowledge. He is very responsive about progressing -- or modifying -- your program as things improve or as set backs occur. His expertise is apparent immediately. I also worked with Kristine in the office, who is also fantastic and knows a lot about running! SportsCentric has all the best equipment, including an Alter G treadmill (anti gravity) which is an essential piece of equipment if youre returning to walking/running or merely taking weight off an injury. Bonus:there is an onsite acupuncturist- Christine - who can do dry needling to compliment your therapy. Derek was also great about interfacing with insurance and with my orthopedic surgeon! All in all, 11 out of 10- could not recommend higher, and I am picky when it comes to these providers!“

Ed Morand--MAT Specialist, Muscle Activation NY Physical Therapy

“Working with Ed has been incredibly helpful and truly transformative in my recovery from a herniated disc and bulging disc. After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has helped me identify and understand the structural weaknesses that caused my injuries, allowing me to focus on recuperative and preventative exercises.“
